WebInterprise Support and Maintenance Programs

Client management and issue resolutions are a key focus at Eye Media and we are committed to providing exceptional support and management services. 
 
When clients call Eye Media for technical and administrative support, they expect a level of service comparable to the quality of our products and deliverables.  In order to ensure that we are able to meet the demands of our client support calls and issues, Eye Media has developed an online support system for the recording, tracking and processing of support issues. This system is shared with our clients and allows for Eye Media and our clients to report issues, manage activities and monitor resolution in an online collaborative environment. Eye Media's Clients may log on to the Support Track System in the Secure Members area of this site.
 
Eye Media is committed to ongoing support and maintenance and provides a comprehensive program of product upgrades, new features and fixes for its WebInterprise platform.  Subscribers to this program are notified and can opt for any of these incremental upgrades free of charge. Clients who opt for Support and Maintenance can be confident that any support issues that relate to bugs relating to function-critical aspects of the system will be rectified at no cost and without losing a support incident
